- Can I get a massage in my room?
- Yes, we can arrange a massage for you through the front desk. Please let us know if you'd like to book one. The service is available from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with rates of ¥4,400 for 40 minutes and ¥6,600 for 60 minutes. Payment should be made directly to the massage therapist.
- Is there a cleaning service available?
- Yes, if you bring your items to the front desk by 10:00 AM, they will be ready by 5:00 PM the following day. A price list is available in your room for your reference. Additionally, there is a coin laundry on the 1st floor of Building 1 for your convenience.
- I’d like to stay with my pet. Is that possible?
- Sorry, we do not allow pets in the rooms. However, we can recommend nearby pet hotels. Please inquire when making your reservation. Service animals, such as guide dogs and assistance dogs, are welcome, so let us know if you need any arrangements for them.
- Do you have baby cribs available?
- Sorry, we do not provide baby cribs.
- Do you have child rates?
- For children under elementary school age who share a room with a guardian and sleep in the same bed, no additional charge is required. For elementary school-aged children or those needing additional amenities, we provide items such as bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes at ¥1,500 (excluding tax) per child. (For middle school-aged children and older, a reservation as an adult is required.)
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. These times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check your specific reservation details.
- By what time should I check-in?
- Our front desk is staffed 24 hours, so there is no time restriction for check-in. However, if you expect to arrive later than the check-in time you provided when making your reservation, please let us know.

- No, there is no curfew. The front desk is available 24 hours.

- Yes, we can assist with shipping your luggage at the front desk. Both pre-paid and cash-on-delivery options are available (boxes are provided for a fee). We handle sizes up to 100 cm and 120 cm.
- What are the breakfast hours?
- Breakfast is served as a buffet daily from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM (last entry) at Restaurant Vert on the 2nd floor of Building 1.
- Is there a shuttle bus service?
- We do not have a shuttle bus. Our hotel is located just a short walk from JR Matsue Station. After exiting through the right side of the station's ticket gate, you will reach the North Exit. Walk to the right, and you will see our hotel's sign.
- Can I send my luggage in advance?
- Yes, you can. Please contact us beforehand. We will store your luggage, excluding valuables, food, and hazardous materials, until check-in. Make sure to include your stay date and name on the package.
- Are there convenience stores around the hotel?
- The nearest convenience stores are a 7-Eleven inside JR Matsue Station and a Lawson next to Matsue Tersa. There’s also a Lawson Matsue Otesenbacho store, which you can access without crossing the street.
